Management and
Consultancy Services

What We Do:

We provide advice on matters pertaining to setting up of a manufacturing company in Malaysia including obtaining approval for local council license, manufacturing license, obtaining approval for investment incentives, obtaining approval for expatriate employment, and obtaining site approval for environmental pollution control requirements.

Business consultancy services provided includes the assessment of clients’ business projects, capital injections into existing businesses, valuation of businesses and shares, the merging of businesses which are synergistic, restructuring companies with a view to resuscitation and effective utilization of tax benefits, investment planning and the admission of partners and calculation of goodwill in the case of partnership, and training for compliance with Section 17A, MACC (Amendment) Act 2018.

Taxation

WHAT WE DO:

The taxation services provided include tax compliance services, advisory and tax planning. We provide consultancy services to ensure compliance with legislation and advise clients to conduct their business affairs in a manner that would assist in minimizing the incidence of tax.

Secretarial and Corporate Advisory Services

WHAT WE DO:

Incorporation of limited company and compliance with company law includes attending to meetings of shareholders, the board of directors and preparing minutes and resolutions as and when required, maintaining the company’s registers and other statutory books, dealing with secretarial matters pertaining to share transfers, calls, forfeitures, dividends and advising clients of the requirements of the Malaysian Stock Exchange if the company is a public listed.

Accounting Services

WHAT WE DO:

Maintenance of accounting records on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
Preparing periodic management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Liaising and coordinating with the company’s auditors in carrying out annual audits and facilitating and ensuring the audit is completed on time.
Setting up and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
Managing client’s funds and operations of bank accounts.
Arranging and effecting relevant payments or deposits.

Litigation Support

WHAT WE DO:

We provide advice on matters pertaining to setting up of a manufacturing “Litigation Support” is accounting support in an issue involving existing or pending litigation. It largely addresses concerns with the estimation of economic damages. Calculating the economic loss caused by a violation of contract is a frequent litigation support assignment.
